• Design and management of a project to support Roma into employment.

• We designed and delivered a training programme to enable people with disabilities into work.

• We provided support to capacity-build the Employment Service (OFA) to prepare for accession to the EU. In particular, helping to enable them to act as technical assistance agency for EQUAL.

Poland

• Development of partnership programme for Regional Development Project in Starachovice. Project focused on capacity-building NGOs and helping them to work in partnership with local authorities, to develop community economic plans.

• Training programme for Polish National Labour Office, in developing NGO led employment services to target excluded people into rural areas.

Ukraine

• Design of a major partnership-based employment-pilot based project, together with the Employment Service, in Lviv and Kharkov.  Focus, on long term unemployed people into jobs, and capacity-building the Employment Service.

• Community Development Project, Donetsk. Together with Birks Sinclair, design and implementation of capacity-building programme to support the local team, to deliver a range of training and support services to 13 community benefits organisations in remote settlements.

• Study tour for employment specialists to focus on UK support to minority ethnic groups.

Romania

• Capacity-building training programme for officials in the Ministry of Labour.
