Other work
that we have been involved in include:
Leeds Regeneration Plans
We were part of a team that supported Leeds City
Council and the Leeds Initiative (LSP) to develop a set of regeneration
plans for each of the 5 districts in the city and a citywide
implementation plan. The work involved reviewing the existing
neighbourhood renewal strategy and developing an evidence base
for priorities. We supported district partnerships to develop
a set of clear priorities and targets and drafted the plans.
(The work was completed in May 2005)
Birmingham
Local Area Agreement
Paula is currently working with a team of consultants
and neighbourhood renewal advisers to help Birmingham Strategic
Partnership, Birmingham City Council and partner agencies develop
and deliver their local area agreement. The work involves support
with identifying outcomes and targets, advising and facilitating
partnerships across the city contributing to the development
of the 4 blocks, shaping proposals for freedoms and flexibilities
and a structure for delivering the agreement.
