Paula Grizzard - Principal Consultant & Managing Director

Paula is a labour market expert, specialising in economic and urban regeneration. She has worked with a wide range of clients across the UK with frequent projects in Central and Eastern Europe. She is also a graduate from Manchester and London Universities, a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and is an advisor to the Department of Communities and Local Government.

Previous work has included:   
  -designing and implementing regeneration plans and training senior staff in public and private sector organisations in the      development of more effective approaches to managing change.
  -managing the Rotherham Economic Partnership, one of the leading edge private/public partnerships in the UK.
  -setting up and running the Inner City Task force (economic regeneration in Bradford) as part of Central Government.
  -developing a raft of projects aimed at regenerating the inner area of Bradford.
  -carrying out duties as Neighbourhood Renewal Advisor for DCLG.

Ziggy Mwenitete - Economic Development Consultant

After completed a BSc (Econ) and an MA, in Development studies and International relations, Ziggy delivered on research and project management roles at both UK and international levels. After a year in a private sector news organisation, his work now primarily involves the labour market and employment, enterprise growth and good governance. He is currently managing a major project for the Hungarian ministry of labour.

Previous work includes:
  -research for the DTI Business Support Simplification Programme, aimed at improving support for business start-ups
  -co-running the experience Malawi project aimed at promoting economic inclusion for disadvantaged Malawians
 -running part of the Reaching Higher, Reaching Wider project aimed at encouraging A-level students progress to higher education.

Noshina Kiani - Eurosearch executive

A graduate with BSc (Hons) from Leeds Metropolitan University, Noshina is responsible for the day to day running of Eurosearch, a strand of the back to work company that recruits a range of candidates from graduates, to migrant and mature workers. Her current work culminates from a combination of expertise gained from experience in recruitment, and the fair play partnership.
